Arteriovenous Malformations (AVMs)

 New diagnoses, ruptured AVMs, post-radiosurgery follow-up, multimodal treatment planning

Dural Arteriovenous Fistulas

 Pulsatile tinnitus workup, newly diagnosed dAVFs, high-grade fistulas with cortical venous reflux

Moyamoya Disease

 New diagnoses, TIA/stroke in setting of Moyamoya, revascularization planning, pediatric Moyamoya

Carotid Artery Disease:

 Symptomatic carotid stenosis, asymptomatic high-grade stenosis, TCAR candidacy evaluation, failed prior treatment

Cerebral Venous Disorders

Venous sinus stenosis, IIH/pseudotumor cerebri, venous sinus diverticula, cerebral venous thrombosis

Cerebral Venous Disorders

Pulsatile Tinnitus:

 Undifferentiated pulsatile tinnitus requiring neurovascular workup — we welcome referrals from ENT, audiology, neurology, and primary care

 Symptomatic cavernomas, brainstem cavernomas, multiple cavernomas/familial evaluation

Skull Base Tumors & General Neurosurgery

 Skull base pathology, brain tumors, hydrocephalus, Chiari malformation, trigeminal neuralgia

Acute Stroke

 Large vessel occlusion requiring thrombectomy, post-stroke neurovascular evaluation

Telemedicine & Out-of-State Referrals

Dr. Choudhri holds active medical licenses in 10 states (Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, California, Texas, Florida, Illinois, Virginia, Montana, and Interstate Medical Licensure Compact) and welcomes referrals from across the country. Initial consultations for out-of-state patients can often be conducted via telemedicine, with travel coordination for any necessary procedures.

For patients with pulsatile tinnitus, undifferentiated neurovascular symptoms, or rare conditions like Moyamoya disease who have not found answers locally, a telemedicine consultation is often the best first step.
